Other added value services are delivered in collaboration with our partners. We are working with NULOGIC to deliver high quality Fire Risk Assessment assessments using state of the art hand held computers, whilst our partner STRADIA is supporting us with asset management health checks and the development of cost models for our latest initiative – The Strategic Procurement Model (TSPM).

Backed with funding from the HCA, TSPM is a new form of long term contract which will provide the benefits of a framework and a contract whilst minimising the prospects of leaseholder challenge.

We are helping landlords deliver against CO2 and fuel poverty objectives; we are supporting many landlords who are delivering the HCA cavity wall programme.

Be it painting walls or fighting fuel poverty CYNTRA is the largest social housing procurement consortium in the United Kingdom, owned by the sector, working for the sector.
